Rainmaker Key was developed because the latest discoveries in buying decision psychology, cognitive semantics and neural linguistic communication were not being applied to sales and marketing practices.
More and more companies had begun to use video in both online and offline marketing, but no one seemed to be applying these scientific discoveries. And the difference had been proven to substantially increase both qualified lead generation and profitable sales conversion. Rainmaker Key is the first and only company to develop a method using more than 40 techniques in video composition and production.

Dan Vinal
Dan applies 30 years of mastered communication sciences to aid Fortune 500 and mid-market companies influence customer purchase decision, with particular emphasis on Rhetorical Psychology, Cognitive Semantics, and Neural Linguistics techniques. Since 1999, Dan has founded and led many innovative companies that pioneered the use of web video applications including: Target Market Direct, a lead generation service using "pay per click" web videos; NetPreSys, a web video portal for business to business resources; and Advisor Resource Alliance, a CPA network referral system using web videos for professional continuing education.
Paul Keiser
Paul brings 25 years of online and offline sales conversion expertise for client success. Paul is the founder of Direct Services Inc., a strategic technology firm specializing in integrated multi-channel, multi-touch marketing programs. Paul also spent 10 years as a partner in Paladyne Inc., an integrated marketing communications agency. Paul has successfully served many brands including: BellSouth, UOP, Ameritech, SBC, Verizon, Lucent Technologies, Comverse Technologies and Nortel. Paul holds Bachelor of Arts degrees from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in journalism and political science.

Joshua Stedman
Joshua excels in winning regardless of the challenge. Joshua proved himself a rainmaker having sold and delivered multi-million dollar electronic health record deals with some of the largest physician networks worldwide. Joshua also helped to launch the first company to electronically audit TV advertising serving media conglomerates such as Omnicom, IPG and WPP and brands such as GE, Fed-Ex, Pepsi, VISA, Nissan, and K-Mart. On Wall Street, Joshua co-managed over $300M in high-profile private and institutional investments with a top-producing wealth management team at Morgan Stanley. Joshua holds Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University in Economics and was a global scholar at the Institute for Economics and Political Studies at Cambridge University in England.
